Description
Replacement certificates are ONLY for existing members who have lost their past-issued or certificates or if there is an error when certificates are prepared. Replacement certificates may NOT substitute the required lifetime membership fee of $25 per each new member to be inducted. Requests for replacement materials require approval by our executive director. To expedite your order please include a reason for ordering replacements in the “Order Notes” box when checking out, or email our executive director at national@sigmadeltapi.org.
