- Photos (optional): JPG format, 640 x 480 pixels minimum; images must be in focus/clear. Photos will NOT be published without an accompanying chapter reseña and a photo caption in Spanish. The Editorial Staff reserves the right to publish only the photos it deems acceptable for publication.
- If a photo is included, provide a caption in Spanish.
- Reseña: this narrative must be in Spanish and refer to your chapter and group in third person, not “nosotros.”
Format:
- Please send your submission as a MS Word file (10 MB limit).
- DO NOT send your submission as a PDF.
- Please include all items for your submission in one document.

The submission deadline for the 87TH edition (summer 2026) of EN is 1 June 2026. Submissions received after 1 June 2026 will be included in the 88th edition (summer 2027).
