Description

Additional Express Postage is recommended if the order is needed in less than two weeks.

Please note that this is in ADDITION to our $15.00 flat shipping fee. The total cost of shipping will therefore be $40.00. 

When included with your order, Express Postage will move your order to the top of the pile and it will be packaged for shipping in 24-36 hours.
