Sigma Delta Pi Centennial Celebration (1919-2019) Begins Today! Mark Your Calendars for Related Events.

Today, January 1, 2019, Sigma Delta Pi, the National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society,
begins its centennial commemoration of its founding on November 14, 1919
by a junior undergraduate student named Ruth Helen Barnes:

This celebration will continue through June 30, 2020
to recognize the centennial of the first official induction ceremony of new members held on May 1, 1920 in Berkeley, CA.

During the next 18-months, we will recognize our Society’s 100-years through numerous initiatives, meetings and projects detailed on our new centennial webpage:
