Deadline for _Entre Nosotros_ Submissions: Midnight, 12/21/15
The deadline for the submission of chapter “reseñas” for possible inclusion in the spring 2016 issue of Entre Nosotros is December 21, 2015; see www.sigmadeltapi.org/EN.Guidelines.for.EN.html for submission requirements.
Remember that information submitted with the annual reports is not considered for inclusion in Entre Nosotros. Annual reports and Entre Nosotros are separate venues.
Sigma Delta Pi Announces New Graduate Student Award!
The Ana María Matute Award will be granted each triennium to one graduate student of Spanish/Hispanic Studies who is a member of Sigma Delta Pi and who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in coursework completed and exemplary involvement in extra-curricular activities as related to Spanish/Hispanic Studies. This inaugural award will be granted in summer 2016 and is a joint recognition of Sigma Delta Pi and the Asociación Internacional de Hispanistas. Sigma Delta Pi held its 3rd Annual “Best Practices” Session at the 97th Conference of the AATSP in Denver, Colorado on Friday, July 17, 2015 from 1:30-2:45pm at the Denver Marriott City Center Hotel.
